I have been working in business for over 25 years, combining experiences as an entrepreneur, CEO, and board advisor.
I started at the global consulting firm HayGroup (now Korn Ferry), where I worked on projects related to organizational culture modelling, leadership development, and talent management for almost nine years. My next experience was as CEO, where I held the position for over seven years at ICAN Institute, the publisher of Harvard Business Review Poland, building one of the leading training brands in the Polish market. For the next six years, I was a managing partner at Leadership Lab, creating and implementing complex development projects for clients worldwide. I am also an entrepreneur, delivering inspirational speeches, advising boards, and designing and conducting managerial workshops on various topics.
I have gathered my experiences in two books. In 2015, “Labyrinth: The Art of Decision-Making” was published and became a bestseller in Harvard Business Review Poland in just four weeks. In the following years, it was published in English, Chinese, Russian, and Greek. My latest book is “Schrödinger’s World: Chronicles of an Unpredictable Future”, which was released at the end of 2020. I am also the author of essays that appeared in the collections “Work is Love Made Visible: A Collection of Essays About the Power of Finding Your Purpose From the World’s Greatest Thought Leaders” (2018) and “The LIGHT Book 2: Inspiring Experiences and Reflections of Outstanding Leaders” (2022).
I deeply believe in the words of Alvin Toffler, who considered those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn to be the illiterates of the 21st century, rather than those who cannot read or write. Therefore, I constantly search for new inspirations and best practices from various environments. I endeavour to translate all of my knowledge and experience into practical solutions for my clients.
